GOLD Award-winning home renovation in Master Builder’s House of the Year 2020
Originally built in 1930, this magnificent home has undergone a stunning renovation. The brief to Blackbird Projects was to transform this tired house into a modern masterpiece – retaining period features and improving street appeal. In addition to a full interior and exterior renovation and house paint, the Blackbird team also built a stylish loft above the garage, fully landscaped the property and added a luxury outdoor entertaining area complete with hot tub, outdoor fireplace and pool.
One of our largest projects to date, this significant house renovation involved our Auckland based team of builders, house painters and landscapers. To keep their home looking stunning year round, the owners have now engaged our garden maintenance team for regular garden tidy-ups.
