Belmont Renovation

Originally a single-storey bungalow on Auckland’s North Shore, our builders lifted this home and built a new level underneath. The Blackbird Projects build team fully renovated this home inside and out, replicating the period bungalow features and enhancing the original character. The interior and exterior of the house was fully painted by our expert Auckland paint team. Finally our landscape team moved in and created a stunning family-friendly and low maintenance garden. The renovation transformation is so seamless it’s impossible to tell the original from the new!
